SHIPPING
🌿 How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.
🌿 Where do you ship to?
FREE standard and optional XpressPost shipping is available for USA & Canada.
Tracked Packet International, Small Packet Air and XpressPost are available shipping options for the following countries. Please be aware that shipping prices are higher for these areas. You can get a delivery estimate at checkout before finalizing your order:
United Kingdom; Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland; Australia, New Zealand; Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore
🌿 When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped on the same day if ordered before 4PM EST Mon-Sat, next day after hours. Orders placed after 4PM on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday.
You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
🌿 When will my order arrive?
Delivery times and additional shipping options are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are:
Canada FREE Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
US FREE Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
International: 1–4 weeks
Please be aware that these estimates may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

🐈🐈 Your items are created & prepared with clean hands in a home with 2 cats, and may be exposed to airborne dander.
SHIPPING POLICIES
🌿 Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final as soon as they are shipped. Refunds are only available if your order hasn't been shipped out.
🌿 What to do if my package arrives and the item(s) are incorrect or damaged?
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please send a message with your order number and photos of the incorrect item; you may receive an exchange or refund if your exchange item is no longer in stock.
🌿 My order is lost or hasn't arrived in a long time, what should I do?
Once the parcel has shipped, the postal service is solely responsible for your order. If you have any problems, please contact Canada Post with your shipping information and they will be able to help you.
🌿 How do I change my order address?
Please contact me before your item has shipped and I will fix it for you. If your order is Returned To Sender you will be contacted to correct the error.
